Great facilities - 2 large pools, restaurants, poolside bar, spa were all great. Room was spacious, clean, nice. Great AC, nice bathroom. Staff was excellent and very kind, provided answers to any questions we had and set up airport transport for us. Location was good - short walk to Ao Nang beach but far enough away to not be too loud.

Very nice property, steps from the beach! Breakfast was delicious with many options. Staff was very professional and accommodating.

Hotel is in an excellent location on the beach and in the middle of town. As a couple we appreciated that there was a fantastic kid friendly pool, which meant as a couple we could enjoy the other pool close to the beach that had very few small children.

Location! It’s right in front of an imposing cliff that stands guard to the beautiful Ao Nang beach. They’ve two spacious swimming pools complete with slides to keep the kids busy. The staff is super nice!

The location was great. Ao Nang is a busy area for tourists and backpackers but this hotel is on the quieter side of the bay. Play provide lots of great entertainment (the three girl harmony band were amazing). I always made an effort to make us feel very welcome and reception with very accommodating to any request we had. My highly recommend this location and this hotel. It was our first day at a Centara, I think we will use the brand again.

One of the few properties on the beach, the hotel has all facilities required for a good holiday.

We loved everything Sea view room Great service Food was fabulous. A few minor mix ups but nothing serious. Clean towels when you wanted them. Super comfy bed. We were glad that the staff were monitoring serial sunbed hoggers who shove a towel on at 7am and disappear for hours! We got a bed whenever we needed one

The breakfast is super nice. With the Kids room, kiddos Will never get to be bored.

Location and facilities - rooms were spacious and clean, ours had a pool view & balcony but still felt private. The pools were gorgeous, especially the one by the beach.
